Earl Visser, d/b/a Visser Trenching (Visser), appeals from judgment in favor of respondent Perry Sorenson. Sorenson, an electrician employed by third-party defendant Gunderson Electric, was injured during an excavating project. Visser contends that the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction over Sorenson's claims.
