NAKAYAMA, Justice.

Plaintiff-appellant Cyndi Collins appeals from a post-judgment order denying her application for an award of attorneys' fees pursuant to Hawai`i Revised Statutes (HRS) § 378-5(c) (1993). Because the offer of judgment did not expressly include allowable attorneys' fees, we hold that Collins was entitled to attorneys' fees in addition to the judgment. We vacate the order of the circuit court and remand for a determination of allowable attorneys...
