I. BACKGROUND

Defendants were named in a four-count indictment charging them with conspiring to manufacture illegal drugs, possession with intent to distribute illegal drugs, and distribution of methamphetamine, an illegal drug. Dupras filed a Motion to Suppress all evidence obtained during a search of his apartment on March 18, 1997. Anderson joins in the motion to suppress.1...
