We granted certiorari in this case to review the court of appeals opinion in State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. v. Stein, 924 P.2d 1154 (Colo.App.1996) (Stein II). We now affirm the judgment of the court of appeals and hold that a bicyclist is not a "pedestrian" within the meaning of the uninsured motorist (UM) coverage portion of the automobile insurance policies...
