Flamme Brothers, Inc., the appellant, is a Nebraska corporation which was incorporated on October 1, 1979. All of the common stock is owned by Velma Dickie, the appellee; her two sons, Vernon Flamme and Donald Flamme; Vernon Flamme's wife, Sharon; and Donald Flamme's wife, Veronica.
