Steve Rudberg timely appeals his convictions for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Rudberg raises a number of issues, one of which is that the prosecutor improperly vouched for his witnesses. As we have frequently observed, the government may not vouch for the credibility of its witnesses, either by putting its own prestige behind the witness...
