PER CURIAM.

Felma Gallagher appeals the trial court's take-nothing judgment in her suit against Fire Insurance Exchange for breach of contract. The court of appeals affirmed. 950 S.W.2d 379. We reverse the court of appeals' judgment and remand the case to that court.
