GREMILLION, Judge.

Frank deGraauw, Robert deGraauw, and David deGraauw, both as defendants and as plaintiffs-in-reconvention, along with Lafitte Supermarket, Inc. and F & R Enterprises, appeal the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff and defendant-in-reconvention, the City of Abbeville, and denying their reconventional demands. For the reasons which follow, we reverse the trial court's judgment.
