Charles F. Bradley was arrested in Ouachita Parish and charged with possession of cocaine on May 21, 1993. The following day, National American Insurance Company ("National") issued a $5,000 bond to secure Bradley's release. Bradley later pled not guilty and was ordered to return to court on August 19, 1993.
