In this action for breach of contract for damages, the defendant was granted summary judgment and plaintiff has appealed.

Plaintiff is a physician who was granted clinical privileges at Defendant Hospital in 1974. The hospital bylaws provided for a reappointment process every two years. This process had resulted in plaintiff's reappointment nine times...
