Pursuant to Tex.Code Crim.Proc. art. 44.01(a)(5), the State appeals the granting of Appellee's motion to suppress evidence. Appellee was stopped by police for a traffic violation and was given a warning ticket. The officer then requested the right to search Appellee's vehicle and Appellee consented.
