We are asked in this case to revisit the preemptive reach of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act1 (FIFRA) in Washington in light of a recent United States Supreme Court opinion, Medtronic, Inc. v. Lohr, ___ U.S. ___, 116 S.Ct. 2240, 135 L.Ed.2d 700 (1996). We conclude that Medtronic does not change the holding reached by our Supreme Court...
