Angela M. Wood, M.D., et al. appeal the trial court's order denying their motion to restrict access to discovery pursuant to rule 76a. See TEX.R. CIV. P. 76a. Appellants bring four points of error contending that the trial court abused its discretion in denying appellants' motion to restrict discovery (i) in failing to determine whether the discovery documents were court records, (ii) in failing to analyze or apply correct...
