In this worker's compensation case, the trial court granted the deceased employee's representative ("petitioner") permission to file an application for interlocutory appeal under Tenn. R.App. P. 9. We granted the application in order to determine whether the trial court erred in ruling that the remains of the employee be exhumed and autopsied.
