The defendant, Larry Claude Lott, was charged by bill of information with two counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, fourth offense, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98. Defendant filed three motions to quash, which were denied by the trial court. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the defendant pled guilty as charged, reserving his right to appeal the trial court's denial of his motions to quash under State v. Crosby,
