Dr. Thomas Bruce Vest is, by all accounts, not your ordinary medical doctor. Vest is both an internist and a radiologist — an unusual combination in the field of medicine. Vest claims this combination allowed him to practice a new method of preventive medicine at his $10 million, state-of-the-art Doctors Clinic in Alton, Illinois.
