Pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2), Defendant Mark A. Finnigin entered a conditional plea of guilty to one count of possession of four unregistered destructive devices, in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5841 and 5861(d), and reserved the right to appeal the district court's denial of his pre-trial motion to suppress evidence.
