WRIGHT, Justice.

Marsha J. Blanchard, individually and as personal representative of the estate of Mary A. Reardon, commenced this inverse condemnation action against the City of Ralston. The Douglas County District Court denied Blanchard's claim for damages. The Nebraska Court of Appeals reversed the judgment of the district court and remanded the cause for a determination of damages. See Blanchard v. City of Ralston, 4 Neb.App. 692
