PRATT, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Mary Ellen Fox, filed a Complaint in this court on December 16, 1996, seeking review of the Commissioner's decision to deny her claim for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401 (1994).
