Douglas L. Kellis was convicted of possession of methamphetamine, I.C. § 37-2732(c), eluding a peace officer, I.C. § 49-1404(2)(c), and resisting an officer, I.C. § 18-705. In this pro se appeal he seeks relief from the judgments of conviction on the grounds that evidence against Kellis should have been suppressed, that he received ineffective assistance of counsel and that the prosecutor breached the plea agreement.
