Jacob Carroll, by his mother Phyllis Carroll, and Phyllis Carroll, individually (collectively the "Carrolls"), appeal the entry of summary judgment in favor of the defendant-appellees, Jagoe Homes, Inc. ("Homes, Inc.") and Jagoe Homes and Construction Co., Inc. ("Homes & Construction") (collectively the "appellees").
