The appellant, Jack Jones, Jr., was convicted of the capital murder and rape of Mary Phillips, and the attempted capital murder of Lacy Phillips. He was sentenced to death by lethal injection, life imprisonment, and thirty years' imprisonment, respectively, for the crimes. We affirm the convictions and sentences.
