This case involves an armed robbery of a Tuscaloosa, Alabama, bank. Appellants Charles Roderick Wilson ("Wilson"), Kenneth P. Dudley ("Dudley") and John Perkins ("Perkins") (collectively "the defendants") were charged in a multi-count federal indictment.
