This case involves an armed robbery of a Tuscaloosa, Alabama, bank. Appellants Charles Roderick Wilson ("Wilson"), Kenneth P. Dudley ("Dudley") and John Perkins ("Perkins") (collectively "the defendants") were charged in a multi-count federal indictment. Wilson and Dudley were charged in Count One with armed bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), (d); in Count Two with using a firearm in connection with a crime of violence, in violation...
