Jerry Stewart Hall was convicted of one count of child molestation involving his daughter. Following the denial of his motion for new trial, Hall enumerates two errors. Held:

1. Hall asserts that the State failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that venue was in Catoosa County. Pretermitting whether Hall properly raised and preserved the issue of venue below, we are unable to find merit to this claim.
