In a consolidated trial, upon a plea of not guilty, appellant John Frank Cook Jr. was convicted by a jury of two offenses of making terroristic threats.1 In cause number 95-0396 (our cause No. 07-96-0167-CR), the jury assessed punishment at seventy five days in jail and a $2,000.00 fine. In cause number 95-0397 (our cause No. 07-96-0168-CR), the jury assessed punishment at seventy five days in jail, probated for two years...
