[¶ 1] Yvonne Ramsdell and Sonja Ramsdell appeal from the summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Washington County, Marsano, J.) in favor of the Machias Savings Bank on its complaint against the Ramsdells1 seeking the foreclosure of mortgages. Yvonne contends the court abused its discretion by its ruling on her motion to amend her answer to the Bank's complaint and erroneously applied the doctrine...
