This is a consolidated appeal from two cases in which defendant was convicted of two counts of criminal trespass in the second degree, ORS 164.245, in the first case, and of criminal trespass in the second degree, harassment, ORS 166.065, and disorderly conduct, ORS 166.025, in the second case. He argues that he did not voluntarily and intelligently waive his right to counsel under Article I, section 11, of the Oregon Constitution, and the Sixth Amendment...
