In this diversity action, the appellees, John R. Williams ("John Williams") and his son John B. Williams ("Jay Williams"), negotiated and bought a distributorship of heavy construction equipment that carried the appellant Dresser Industries, Inc.'s ("Dresser") products as their main line. Less than a week after the Williams purchased the distributorship, Dresser announced its intent to enter into a joint venture with another heavy construction...
