OPINION

HOLMAN, Justice.

A jury tried Charlie Lee Luxton for two misdemeanor offenses and convicted him of both. For the offense of driving while intoxicated, the court sentenced Luxton to 120 days in jail and a $450 fine. The jail sentence was suspended for two years on condition that Luxton would complete the terms of court-ordered probation, including a substance abuse evaluation. For the offense of resisting...
