This is a disciplinary action against respondent, Susan Marie Pottenger, an attorney licensed to practice law in Minnesota. The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility received two complaints of unprofessional conduct against Pottenger. The director attempted to investigate the complaints, but Pottenger failed to respond to notices mailed to her last-known address and the director was unsuccessful in her attempts...
