Gaines, appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendant-appellee, Marvin Runyon, Postmaster General, United States Postal Service, in this action for discrimination on the basis of a disability and failure to accommodate a disability pursuant to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq. ("the Act").
