SMITH, Justice, for the Court:

On February 23, 1995, Martin Drennan pled guilty to felony DUI in violation of Miss. Code Ann. § 63-11-30. After entry of his guilty plea, Drennan was sentenced to serve three years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and to pay a fine of $2,000.00 and all court costs.
