Plaintiffs, Vernon J. Andrews, Grace M. Andrews, Angela A. Ryan and Andrea A. Larkin, ("plaintiffs"), appeal as of right from a September 27, 1995, judgment approving defendant, Pentwater Township's ("Pentwater"), proposed assessor's plat. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
