Defendant William Washington appeals his convictions for kidnapping, 13 V.S.A. § 2405, and violating conditions of release. 13 V.S.A. § 7559(e). He contends that a mistrial should have been ordered because of the misconduct of a juror, or, alternatively, that judgments of acquittal should have been entered for insufficient evidence. We affirm.
