Defendant-Appellant Patrick Pierre challenges his convictions — based on a guilty plea — for immigration offenses, alleging violation of his statutory and constitutional rights to a speedy trial. Because Pierre's guilty plea was not a conditional one, we cannot weigh the merits of his speedy trial arguments.
