MEMORANDUM ORDER

RAKOFF, District Judge.

NexStar Communications, Inc. ("NexStar"), not a party to this litigation, seeks to assert a claim in quantum meruit against certain of the defendant receivership companies and has moved for leave of the Court to interpose such a claim here. For the reasons that follow, NexStar's motion is denied.
