Petitioners Kevin and Yvonne DeLoach, defendants in the underlying tort action that arose out of an automobile accident in Tennessee, seek special action review of the respondent trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment. The motion was based on the running of Tennessee's one-year statute of limitations.
