Employer seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board (Board) in which the Board set aside employer's denial of claimant's claim and remanded the claim for processing. As part of its decision, the Board declined to address employer's "medical causation" argument on the ground that employer had not previously raised that issue.
