PER CURIAM.

Dolores Marie Hoag pleaded guilty before a magistrate to the charge of injury to a child and was placed on six years' deferred adjudication probation under a plea bargain. Subsequently, Hoag was indicted in a new case charging her with aggravated assault by threatening her husband and children with a knife.
