Appellant, Juan Santos, Jr., was charged by indictment with indecency with a child. The jury found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at two-years confinement. We address: (1) whether the trial court erred by charging the jury with an instruction that it may consider flight in determining appellant's guilty knowledge; and (2) the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence...
