Charles and Rose Marie Fairbanks (the Fairbankses) have appealed from the final judgment of the Grayson Circuit Court entered on June 27, 1996, which dismissed their action for the enforcement of two foreign judgments. The circuit court held that the enforcement of the two foreign judgments was barred by the fifteen-year statute of limitations in Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) 413...
