This appeal arises from a suit by appellant Beatrice Duhon in which she alleges she was terminated from her employment as a physical therapy technician at Bone & Joint Physical Therapy Clinics ("Clinic") in violation of Tex. Lab.Code Ann. § 451.001 (Vernon 1996), commonly known as the anti-retaliation statute. Appellee Clinic filed a motion for summary judgment which was granted by the trial court.
