PER CURIAM:
Appellant Al L. Delmue ("Mr. Delmue") had two teenage sons; one was sixteen years old and the other fifteen. In 1989, he was concerned that his existing automobile insurance was inadequate to cover any potential loss that his sons might incur while operating an automobile.
