Manuel Vega was charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver. His pretrial motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of a search of his pickup truck was denied. He then entered a conditional plea of guilty, reserving the right to appeal as provided in Ark. R.Crim. P. 24.3(b). He was sentenced to a term of ten years in the Arkansas Department of Correction, with imposition of an additional term suspended...
