HUDDLESTON, Judge.

While constructing a roof over a mobile home owned by Robert Ratliff, Robert Hopkins slipped and fell to the ground. He sued Ratliff to recover damages for the injuries he sustained in the fall. Hopkins alleged that prior to his fall, Ratliff invited him to "help and/or assist in the construction and/or application of a new roof to the residence owned by [Ratliff]."
