This case arises out of an automobile collision which involved three vehicles. Margaret A. Mohr, plaintiff-appellant, appeals from the trial court's judgment in favor of Michelle Mobley, defendant-respondent. Ms. Mohr contends that the trial court erred (1) in allowing two witnesses to testify that in their opinion the defendant was unable to avoid the collision with Ms. Mohr's car, which was waiting at a stop sign; and (2) in overruling Ms. Mohr's objection...
