BLATZ, Justice.

This case arises from the murder of Minneapolis Police Officer Jerome Haaf and the attempted murder of Gerald Lubarski on September 25, 1992. Montery T. Willis, convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder, now seeks a new trial based on alleged errors committed by the trial court. He asserts six points of error, none of which requires reversal by this court. We, therefore, affirm his conviction...
