The defendant, Salvador Salzero, appeals his conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, on the ground that the trial court improperly denied his motion for discharge, which motion alleged that the State had failed to follow rule 3.191(p)(3), Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. 1 For the following reasons, we reverse the denial of Salzero's motion...
