OPINION

HARTZ, Chief Judge.

(1) Mariano R., the Child, was adjudicated a delinquent offender based on findings that he committed the delinquent acts of possession of alcohol by a minor and conspiracy to shoot from a motor vehicle. He contends that there was insufficient evidence to sustain either finding. The State concedes on appeal the insufficiency of the evidence of possession of alcohol.
