1. Plaintiffs, Joe and Genara Vigil, filed a complaint against Defendants for damages and declaratory relief arising out of an accident involving Genara Vigil and an uninsured motorist. Defendants denied coverage to Plaintiffs based on the fact that Genara Vigil had signed a form rejecting uninsured motorists coverage. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Defendants.
